With respect to obligations of community facilities districts, assessment districts within EMWD’s service area and EMWD’s general obligation bonds, EMWD is represented by, and will rely on the advice of, Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates, Inc., EMWD’s independent registered municipal advisor, in connection with any advice or recommendations that underwriters or dealers may provide relating to the issuance of municipal securities and/or municipal financial products.
With respect to all other municipal securities of EMWD, including but not limited to water and sewer revenue obligations and interest rate swap transactions, EMWD is represented by, and will rely on the advice of, Public Financial Management, Inc., EMWD’s independent registered municipal advisor, in connection with any advice or recommendations that underwriters or dealers may provide relating to the issuance of municipal securities, interest rate swap transactions, and/or municipal financial products.
